ANAMED Library Talks: Özge Samancı – 19. Yüzyıl İstanbul Mutfak Kültürü

As a joint organization of Tarih Vakfı and ANAMED Library, “Library Talks” will continue on the 7th of January, Tuesday, with Özge Samancı. Based on her 2015 French book “19. Yüzyıl İstanbul Mutfak Kültürü”, the author will examine Istanbul Culinary Culture on her basis of recently published works. The talk will be moderated by Marie-Hélène Sauner.
