In this talk, Ayfer Karakaya-Stump will talk about her book, Kizilbash/Alevis in Ottoman Anatolia: Sufism, Politics and Social Identity published by Edinburgh University Press in 2019 and will focus on what the cornerstones of this new narrative are.
